Our Letter of Authorization

This is our Letter of Authorization with the Chinese Center of Adoption Affairs (CCAA). By signing this document, we committed our intent to adopt Xue Bin and to travel China and complete the adoption process.

This is so exciting. Cannot wait to meet my great neice. Love the name.It was a wonderful to use her birth name as a middle name. I need your address so I can send her something special when she gets home.
