We are restricted as to what we can do for Xue Bin while we wait. We would love to send a care package but that is not proper protocal to the process. One thing that we can do is to put together a photo album to introduce her to her new famliy. We will be sending this off this week along with a letter. We just have to learn to write in Chinese. Hmmmm
